Villa Renovation
Layout changes, re-wiring, re-piping, ceilings, joinery, external finishes and landscaping tie-ins under one programme.
Villa renovation →Every trade a renovation needs, delivered and warrantied by one licensed contractor. Pick a single service or hand over the whole project — the site visit is free either way, and the quote is fixed in writing before anyone starts.

Quick answer: ALHUD Technical Services LLC provides 14 renovation services across Abu Dhabi — villa renovation, apartment renovation, kitchen renovation, bathroom renovation, painting and decorating, tiling and flooring, gypsum and false ceilings, plumbing and electrical works, waterproofing, carpentry and joinery, office and commercial fit-out, swimming pool renovation, annual maintenance contracts and handyman repairs. Every service is quoted after a free site visit and covered by a 12-month workmanship warranty.
The four services most Abu Dhabi homeowners start with. Each has its own page with scope, sequence and timelines.

Villa renovation →Flat refurbishment planned around building NOCs, service-lift bookings and permitted working hours.
Apartment renovation →Cabinetry, worktops and appliances planned around real use, with MEP rough-in sequenced before units are fitted.
Kitchen renovation →Waterproofing, falls, tiling, sanitary ware and ventilation carried out in the order that actually prevents leaks.
Bathroom renovation →The trades that decide how a finished renovation actually looks and how long it holds up.
Interior and exterior painting, crack repair, skim coats, wall texture, feature walls and wallpaper. Exterior systems are specified for UV, heat and coastal salt rather than picked from a shade card alone. Surface preparation is priced as its own line, because that is where paint jobs succeed or fail.

View details →Suspended ceilings, bulkheads, cove and cavity lighting details, arches, feature panels and partition walls. Set-out hides ducting and cabling without eating head height, and access panels are placed where a technician will actually need them later.
View details →Built-in wardrobes, walk-in closets, TV units, vanities, shelving, doors and door frames. Made to the room's real dimensions rather than standard modules, with hinges and runners specified to survive humidity cycling and daily use.

Re-piping, re-wiring, DB and circuit upgrades, new sockets and lighting points, water heaters, pumps, drainage corrections and fault finding — carried out by licensed tradesmen and tested before closing up.

Regardless of which service you book, the commercial terms stay the same.
The core trades are in-house: demolition, plumbing, electrical, tiling, gypsum, carpentry and painting. Specialist items such as glass, aluminium or lift works are brought in under ALHUD's own supervision and contract, so accountability stays in one place.
Yes. Plenty of jobs are one trade only — repainting an apartment, replacing floor tiles, fitting a false ceiling or correcting a leak. Small works are quoted the same way as large ones: site visit first, fixed price second.
Either works. ALHUD normally supplies and prices materials by brand and model in the quote. Clients who prefer to buy their own tiles, sanitary ware or appliances can do so, and the quote is issued as labour and fixing only.
For layout changes, ALHUD prepares working drawings showing new walls, MEP points and finishes so the site team and the client are working from the same information. Full interior design packages can be arranged when a project calls for one.
Typically within one to two weeks for residential jobs, sooner for small works. Start dates depend on material lead times — imported joinery and specific tile ranges are usually the long pole, and those are flagged in the quote.
Describe the property and what is bothering you. An ALHUD engineer will tell you what the job actually involves before you commit to anything.
